It turned out being a burnt circuit board which also burnt/charred some wires in the opener. Joe had two different models of garage door openers in his vehicle, one of which had the same functions as our current one. He had the garage door opener removed and replaced by 5 o'clock, or before the wife returned home form work. Makes for a happy wife/happy life, Thanks Joe.

The installer was professional, gave me some helpful advice and was talking to me while he was working, which is something you don’t see anymore. I’d give 10 stars, but you only go up to 5. I would highly recommend this company and I will be calling them for any garage door help in the future. It’s highly likely that I’m a lifetime customer.
