I wouldn't call a two hour visit to program my remotes for $285 affordable. I would call it either gouging, taking advantage of a situation, or overpricing. I am a senior veteran who needed a little help. The procedure finally solved by the technician was not listed anywhere online for Liftmaster openers. The technician helped, but the charge seemed excessive and he was using my time to find the answers to my problem. In the future, I will call a technician from Liftmaster for assistance, not Hicklin.

The technician was friendly, very helpful, showed me couple things for better maintenance on the doors. Was at my house about an hour and my overall bill was around $250 bucks, little higher than expected, considering he didn't need to use any parts. After he left there was a inch gap on my door where it didn't close all the way. Luckily he was just down the road and I called him and he came back and fixed it again. Day later the door still had a gap. Called again. 3rd time was the charm. All said and done I am satisfied but was not impressed it took 3 calls to get it done right, was a bit of an inconvenience.

Serviceman out the next morning fixed springs, aligned tracks tightened bolts, rollers lubed, adjusted door to outside seal motor no longer works as hard either. Great job price $600 maybe high idk but response and service were awesome.

WOW! Chris came out on a Saturday morning, which I was not expecting, to fix a broken garage door. Not only did he do it quickly and efficiently, he was able to give me a ball park for a new door AND saved me money with a coupon without having to ask. I will be calling Hicklin every single time and Chris is the absolute best. Again, WOW

I called this company this morning as my garage door was opening and closing on its own. Joseph showed up within 3 hours and was able to fix the issue by replacing the controller but he did this after doing process of elimination first. This is the 2nd time I used this company and both times they showed up in record time and were able to fix the issue at the same time. I highly recommend this company and Joseph.

I contacted Hicklin Friday morning. And they had a tech out at 930. Chris was great to work with. He explained what he was going to do. And gave me a quote. And had it repaired within the hour. My garage door works great and quieter. After replacing the track and chain. Highly recommend this company. And very reasonable. The staff i called was very friendly also.

Service tech called when he left previous job, arrived short time later as advised. Assessed and repaired the door in about an hour. Service tech was very knowlegible and did a great job. I would recomend this company to everyone

The prroduct is working fine. The new opener is quieter than the old one and is functioning properly. As far as the service is concerned; Your installer, Joe, was timely, informative, patient, friendly. and efficient. He identified and corrected two problems with the garage door, which was unrelated to the new opener that was being installed. Joe is the type of employee companies want representing them. He said he's a ten year veteran, so he knows the product and how to do the job well. As a former business owner I would acknowledge good workmanship. You should do likewise with Joe.

Thank you for the knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly help with my garage door- first in needing a new motor and quieting the loud opening and closing, and then with replacing the bottom seal and tightening/replacing hinges to help with waterproofing. All the help and suggestions were much appreciated! I would definitely recommend them and will use their services for preventative maintenance!

Last Saturday morning, my garage door was broken wouldn’t open. I started calling garage door companies in the phonebook the first one couldn’t be there till Monday. I called Hicklin talk to Jennifer was very helpful and Chris was here in less than an hour and had it fixed. The service of Jennifer and Chris was excellent. I was very impressed with them both. I was so thankful they were able to help on a Saturday.
