I contacted Hicklin Friday morning. And they had a tech out at 930. Chris was great to work with. He explained what he was going to do. And gave me a quote. And had it repaired within the hour. My garage door works great and quieter. After replacing the track and chain. Highly recommend this company. And very reasonable. The staff i called was very friendly also.

Service tech called when he left previous job, arrived short time later as advised. Assessed and repaired the door in about an hour. Service tech was very knowlegible and did a great job. I would recomend this company to everyone

They came out on a Saturday to fix a broken spring and didn’t charge extra to fix it since it was the weekend. The service tech was amazing and explained everything that was wrong.

The prroduct is working fine. The new opener is quieter than the old one and is functioning properly. As far as the service is concerned; Your installer, Joe, was timely, informative, patient, friendly. and efficient. He identified and corrected two problems with the garage door, which was unrelated to the new opener that was being installed. Joe is the type of employee companies want representing them. He said he's a ten year veteran, so he knows the product and how to do the job well. As a former business owner I would acknowledge good workmanship. You should do likewise with Joe.

Thank you for the knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly help with my garage door- first in needing a new motor and quieting the loud opening and closing, and then with replacing the bottom seal and tightening/replacing hinges to help with waterproofing. All the help and suggestions were much appreciated! I would definitely recommend them and will use their services for preventative maintenance!

Last Saturday morning, my garage door was broken wouldn’t open. I started calling garage door companies in the phonebook the first one couldn’t be there till Monday. I called Hicklin talk to Jennifer was very helpful and Chris was here in less than an hour and had it fixed. The service of Jennifer and Chris was excellent. I was very impressed with them both. I was so thankful they were able to help on a Saturday.

Very happy with my experience with this company. I had them come out to fix an issue on the door at my home. Staff was friendly and professional. However, after they left, there was one issue that needed to be fixed. I called the office, explained the situation. They immediately sent out another technician to fix the issue that was missed. Very happy this was done. They could’ve made a big deal about it, however, they didn’t. I will use them again and recommend them.
